CANCELLATION POLICY

Late cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of booked service. No call-no shows will be charged 100% of the booked service and will require a deposit for any future booked appointments. Clients that are more than 5 minutes late will receive a shortened service at full price or be counted as a no-show and charged 50% at providers discretion if the service is unable to be performed in a shortened time frame. In case of personal illness or emergency, cancels within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the booked service that can be applied towards the rescheduled appointment.
